I've researched the provisional
Patent and all it says is status pending. Original filing date was May 2nd. 2013. I see no no filings after that.
A provisional patent expires 12 months from application. It usually takes up to 2 years to get a utility patent. Which protects patent for 20 years.
You can not file for an extension. It's now 6 years later so what's up.
