For the fact he said they have News coming out. So now you know prior to the public knowing. That’s insider information no matter how you look at and an SEC Violation. He is their IR Rep. if it was some post from someone unrelated to the company that said I think their is news coming out then that’s different. He works for the Company - All he needed to Day was it would be resolved shortly - Nothing more. He gave information that the Company only knows
