That has a lot to do with the bogus sale he made to the shareholders for $2 million bucks for his private FMS Marketing business. There was no shareholder approval for that-he did it himself because he holds controlling stock here. Notice that there has never been ANY revenue attached to the business since the purchase. He left it as an IOU until he leaves this scam, and can legally take up to $2 million of cash with that IOU.
