100/1 says both Lee Allen and Billy Bob Dutro are listed as officers of the closed entity.
Now the open entity's registered agent is Mr. Steven Hales?
Anyone ever heard the name Mr. Max D. Hales? Relatives?
Would it be weird if Max was a director of the first Logan Coach entity which is now closed? And then, (I will assume his son) Steven Hales takes over the New Logan Coach SANS (without) Lee Allen or the Billy Bob Dutro?
