I dont know what to call this... But, GB just really jumped into a market in Canada that is already heavily into the medical marijuana testing. With no capital and no grow. How many more millions are they going to need? They already have to raise money just to pay there people in the US and keep there doors open.
I think this is more likely, they are try to sell the company. Which would make me happy.
