Doesn"t go like that. First, CEO and his wife have to be reimbursted for their money they put into fighting it for 4 years in court. His wife did most of the stuff. She has to be paid. Lawyers have to be paid. The rest goes into the company driving the price of the stock up. You don"t get cash. Company could give a dividend any time they want. And they need a certain amount of big cash on hand to upgrade the stock to a larger exchange. Penny stocks don"t have any PE numbers.
