For one, go here: https://www.otcmarkets.com/ Put the ticker in the quote and you will come to the dd page that has eight tabs. For example, he disclosure tab will bring you to the company's filings, Security detail will give you share structure and sometimes it mentions past splits but don't rely on it.
There are plenty of other dd sites but I am not sure of your question and what you are looking for.
