Imho this filing portends good news, or at the very least not entirely disappointing news. A company unconcerned with regaining status on the Nasdaq or NYSE and remaining on the OTC doesn’t concern themselves with trivials like advising late reporting. Also a soon to be bankrupt company would also likely not bother advising either. This leads me to believe HMNY still has some sort of long term vision for recovering status on the big board. Let’s hope that vision includes a return on investment for the long suffering shareholders
