They are a pink stock, but they file all the SEC documents. They never let themselves get behind.... One of the next PRs is an OTC uplisting announcement imo. These are Financial Pros, so they will be improving this tickers standing in the markets, no doubt.
This ticker is very clean. They even wiped all the debt off the books, which is why there is nothing left they can convert. Maybe a tiny amount, but nothing major.
