There was no dilution when NSAV gave out the stock dividend. Everyone got 10% more stock than they had, so the percentage of the company owned did not change. That is not dilution.
Those that did not get the dividend didn't own the shares when the ex-dividend date occurred, so they were diluted by the dividend by not owning any shares on that date.
