Authorized is 1 billion, but there are no shares that can be converted and dumped anytime soon. All shares are restricted and the remaining notes were converted and dumped at lower levels = books are clean
The float is 43 million, which means only 43 people can own 1 million shares... or 86 people can own 500K... or 430 people can own 100K
This is not a lot of room for the whales that could be swimming in this little pond in the coming weeks. This is a good reason to own a few of this.
Barney alone could bring many eyes this way. He is on TV all the time and is INCENTIVIZED to spread the word = commission
