It sounds reductive but if XXII has a boatload of patents, and their partner Anandia was bought out by Aurora for a decent penny... there is definitely value to their patents and position in the US with exclusive licensing... the hope here is their tech can be used by a big player (medicinal/biotech)... I acknowledge it's a hope but that's the nature of investments in life, unless you know of a sure thing out there
FDA is a waiting game... it's clear to this investor... it's also clear that all the right players in all the right orgs. and all the big orgs. that are anti-smoking are also calling for the mandate...
