Not so sure. I’m sure he retired, decided he was done working lol I would too. But I’m not sure he’s authorized to dump his shares yet, if he was in the voluntary lockup extension until end of July then he simply can’t. And if he can, it would be a temp dip. It’s not like it would be 70 million shares dumped at once.

Not sure where the 13m shares you reference came from. From the original filing for IPO, it indicates he was only eligible for 4m + shares upon conversion.
