Dear CF I am sure that they are aware of the situation they have created as well as they know well the contractual advantages of their position compared to that of small shareholders.
Someone here wondered: why does such a promising company have such a low PPS? There is only one answer. PPS is the market's response to the Company's behavior and if this behavior does not change (at least until the new Federal Laws) then the PPS will also not change. I will think about your request to write to Nello and Ron but I don't think that in my Email they would read things that they don't know already.
We small shareholders have only two ways to show our satisfaction or dissatisfaction: buying shares or selling shares
