Nope...Wang owns all classes of preferred shares

300,000 Class C preferred shares were issued to Mr. Wang DeQun on December 2, 2016. 100,000 Class D preferred shares were issued to Wang DeQun on July 14, 2017. 100,000 Class E preferred shares were issued to Wang DeQun on July 14, 2017.

Each preferred share is convertible into 2500 common shares. If Mr. Wang were to convert his shares, he would own 1,250,000,000 shares

500 preferred shares x 2500 = 1,250,000,000 common shares

Wangs preferred shares were not affected by the reverse split
