You really didn't understand the Motion filed if you think that is when the "it" is started.

I love OTCM investors - they will believe any of bluesky smoke blowing nonsense.

I suggest you read the bankruptcy codes where it states the hierarchy of who gets paid first and last.

Here is a hint - the common shareholders are last in line to be paid.

The secured creditors are owed ~$40 million - the asset liquidation was $4.3 million.

So you are posting that the secured creditors are impaired but the common shares will remain intact. That is too funny and a complete lack of understanding of the US Bankruptcy laws.
