right...but, im still wondering... as i have always heard that unless you have a cert in hand, meaning all your shares are with etrade or schwab....it is the brokersi have the huge cert for all their online traders. this has never been clarified to my satisfaction...especially since they stopped making certs affordable to the masses. i used to ask for certs always, but, they only cost 2 bucks from schwab back in the 90s.....now they want 500 bucks (i have been told)
