comment from Rainmaker the sage- That's great news. He needs to be able to issue restricted shares for the merger when he sells the shell. Now he can get CXCQ pink current so he can sell the shell. Also he had to raise it over 26m that 5he OS is at now.

Shells cant issue any free trading shares without filing an S1.
