I dont have anything against controlled toxic financing for development and to can start building something, that could add value in to companies. This could be even very smart..

But the Float is somewhere up with 1B shares, the Sp is at 0.0005.

just as simple example= 1B shares are worth 10M$ @0.01.

Now, if they had bought a CO with the same 1B shares, that just makes 1M Net income, that is able to build Ark and Klickzie and even others.

There would be no need for toxic financing, we would have several million dollars of revenues, 1M Net, we would be a mid cap co, with atleast 1 feet at Nasdaq and many other positive things, this would be now Shareholder friendly and the Sp would be somewhere above 0.1 and also possible higher, especially with expecting of higher listing ( rumors would start)

I got also cheap shares after sitting +-6 months with 0 shares and iam not even happy about that ( seems i sold my last shares short prior to dilution start) as i wrote i had preferred to see TTCM going different ways, or let say, i had preferred to buy in a CO at 0.01 even higher, that is on track on all fronts, that is on high alert on many platforms, with high anticipation of coming things, example with Goal Prs, same as it was in the previous years and not just at Telegram. Even with controlled dilution.


But instead of that above, it looks to me, that someone came purposely with the telegram Group idea (maybe because of the coming dilution, maybe also to can absorb self as much as possible cheap shares) to can control shareholders and to kill coming momos and or movements.

Or why would Co stop issuing Prs, pre and during dilution ( its now to late for news, forget about issuing forward looking statement now, wont work), stop issuing 8Ks.
