Many possibilities.

* Someone new discovered this stock and had profits from another stock they invested here
* An existing investor is getting more
* Someone likes this stocks share structure/price for a front load (clearly no promo yet as few Ihub hits) P&D
* Someone "knows something"

I guess at least one person knows - whomever is buying - more than one person?
