Hokie from what I'm taking from this is that its a necessary filling, most likely to exempt them from filing all the past due 10Qs. We are already in the Pinks but a former QB. what your thoughts

Also prevents the stock from being Halted since they were SEC delinquent. Which is great news!

GRSO !!WHY WE ARE GOING -UP ! Is because we was a dead stock or shell and we have a buyer ( r/m) from the looks of it farm boys is very smart to go dark. Save big money and build a big company ! yes we will be on the pinks how long ? we have to take are chances and see what the company files and p.rs.....these kind can make you alot very fast just the chance we take....gl.....not like most companies that file 15 form 12g that are loosing naq requirements thats 1.00 to pinks ....we are the opposite....jmo
