Those are missing filings! That's why there are no links to them!!!

The 10-K for 2016 should've been filed early in 2017, two years ago!!

The 8-K that shows the transfer of a majority of the voting stock of GERS shares should've been filed soon after that transfer happened, but Kevin chose to violate Federal Law!!!
