You might want to have your facts straight before you slam someone. It's with pleasure to let you know that is his normal weekend checkin and the court date in April is for a modification to his probation, because he has business that he needs to conduct in other areas. The May one has nothing to do with his probation....SMH.

01/09/2017 is the LAST time a criminal charge was filed against Mr. Starrs in Eldorado County. That is a fact directly from the Eldorado Court records.

A positive interpretation of the EDC Calendar might interpret the following entry as a request for a reduction of sentence.

STARRS, EDWARD ROBERT
HEARING RE: SENTENCE MODIFICATION REQUEST, (Post-Dispo)

Jails house offenders 24/7. If the terms agreed upon by Mr. Starrs and the Court include weekends, then why suggest a Friday visit on February 8 means anything negative--such as a new arrest?

Below is the link to the jail roster. Mr. Starrs is not in jail today, a Saturday.

In light of the above facts directly from the EDC Court and Jail, I disagree with the claim that you don't take solace in another man's misery.

Search Starrs and you'll see the fact. Because I deal in facts.
