No, it is not. If Joe Smith owns Smith Plumbing and his cousin Jim Smith owns Smith Electric, their blood relationship does not connect the businesses in any way, or make them a family business as a whole. That is the situation here. Yuengling ice cream is not connected to Yuengling beer in any way, shape, or form.
