It’s not the best partnership. But like Stacker said, it allowed them a quicker entry into the space. We all thought at the time that Emerald was a good partner based on their management pedigree however it has not played out to be the case. But it’s something that I think DiGiglio has ultimately admitted in his own way without being disrespectful to Emerald that it’s not the partnership that they would look for today. Love and learn from experiences which I have no doubt Mike will do.
