It’s not that simple in this case. The way the JV was structured is that Emerald could exercise the addition in this case of Delta 2 for $25 million. If Emerald refuses, I believe that Village can seek out other opportunities or most likely would just take this on themself. But they have to give Emerald first right of refusal. I don’t know how long Emerald has to make that decision. I am fairly certain I have my facts straight. Stacker or someone please keep me honest here. This was so long ago that my memory is a bit fuzzy when trying to recollect the details of the JV from 2 years ago.
