None of those dates can be relied upon. The brokerage houses (like my TD acct) has regularly updated since early Feb, for the release to happen each week. These companies don't communicate with Pink Sheet stocks. Those dates are just regularly updating estimates until actual fins are released.
They have until end of March. But, they could get an extension for a week or two if they needed.
No worries, though. There is absolutely no reason why they wouldn't release audited fins sometime in the next month. Anyone selling now is insane.
