Have you noticed buy volume as well as sell volume has dried up? There are less than 20 trades a day for the last few weeks. A RS without any news will give shares to the creditor's, but won't sustain paying 3 mil or more in salaries. The market cap remains the same as the day prior to the RS right? So if the company is valued at $400,000 now, it will begin at $400,000 with less shares.
In my opinion it's in ICLD's best interest to create interest for traders to buy this stock. If they continue with no positive Pr's( or no news) the party for the execs will end quickly as well!
