For a smart, knowledgeable person, why I you keep harping on the MBS buyers. They were not harmed. Government did everything it could to protect them. Did they miss any interest payment?

NWS was a way to get rid of that obligation.

Why? The NWS has just further consolidated the commitment of the treasury. By withdrawing all capital, the credit line comes to the fore.

I am not aware of anything in the third amendment that would suspend treasury's obligation. What exactly do you mean?
