Yes, please credit Kevin for the fact that the price of GERS stock didn't go from almost 10¢ to a tiny fraction of one penny.

Be sure to credit him also for the fact that Russia didn't launch nuclear missiles at a dozen U.S. cities plus Amsterdam last week.

If you and others want to credit him for what he's done, then you must accept the fact that I and others will criticize him for what he hasn't done - sending 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks to the SEC, even though those actions are required by U.S. law of the CEO of every SEC-registered, U.S.-based, and publicly-traded corporation.
