Previous post stated the OS stood at 1B. Thank you for correcting that to state that it is the AS that stands at 1B.

As for dilution there is no evidence of it and all 8k filings of late assure us it cannot happen as shares are restricted for at least another 6 months.

Perhaps contact the TA and find out if that’s the case if there are doubts.

Confirm police report records? You can’t prove that there is even a tiny sliver of a basis for making that claim in the first place.

Longs don’t need to make stuff up, they can just use SEC filings.
