That’s not reason it’s not moving.

It’s 16 days away and many traders are not going to park their money in here that long.

The week before 4/1, that’s when this will start to run as people will load up before the news release.

For now it’s in a holding stage.

Getting current will help. But TD and Etrade can trade it which are the biggest two.

Fidelity and others can’t trade stop sign. But less overall people. Not going to make the difference.
