So far there is nothing definitive other than pure speculation on a pricey shell. The reality is that Grapefruit Boulevard Investment has been sitting on there thumbs for more than a year now as the share price declines till they find a "deal" to plug in here.

The stock chart definitely suggests that investors are losing faith. :(

Looks to me like the LVCA deal is a dead duck now. With an SEC reporter in IGNG why would they even bother with LVCA.
Next thing you know scam lawyer Nicholas Coscia will have his other garbage ticker BCNN involved in this scam.

The deal the Yourists have with IGNG hasnt been finalized yet either. They did say though that the LVCA deal is not going through however.
