True, OWCP can go up 5,000%-7,000% from here and it's easy to forget that sometimes. How long it takes will be discovered soon enough. :) Great post.

the damage is done already that Management seeks an r/s already and once approved the pps will decline regardless of whether they put it off or not...shareholders are screwed unless something spectacular happens to OWCP in the next 2 weeks...
