There is not 1 billion dilution. Your so called "facts" are false.

All of the notes have been converted and dumped at lower levels and the remaining shares are restricted. Read the filings= facts

The AS is 1 billion, but that dont mean they will use all that equity. They have been very responsible with share issuances, for YEARS.... Luckily he barely diluted any shares at subpenny levels and kept the OS around 120 million. This was likely part of the agreement with Maxim, which they have been working on for 2 years
