"please tell us how you would describe a phase 3 ready drug?"

I would describe it as a drug that has yet to undergo a Phase 3 trial but might someday.

"Brilacidin OM and Brilacidin ABSSI are two different drugs"
Well I'll be darned. Always an education from Dr. Feelgood. But seriously, that's a true statement that a new reader here could actually learn something from, which distinguishes it from this less than true statement that might confuse such a person:
"IPIX's pipeline with phase 3 products and others in standby only waiting on funding makes for quite the potential gamble imo."
(Even "Phase 3 ready drugs" would have been an improvement.)

I may be the only one who has this opinion, but I will consider an IPIX Brilacidin platform candidate a Phase 3 product, a Phase 3 candidate, even a Phase 3 drug when the column in the table at the link that is headed up "Phase" indicates "Phase 3" next to a described trial. No sooner.

Even the Company itself hedges its bet on the issue with its fuzzy little B-OM arrowhead:

And look at B-ABSSSI, not even nosing up to the Phase 2 finish line!

I don't expect much agreement on this issue but I think I've stated my case clearly enough. Take it or leave it.

There’s no such thing as approved for phase 3. Approve means ready to go..., Absssi, by your theory is also ready? The FDA makes recommendations and it’s the companies decision to either fold or move forward. OM hasn’t drawn much interest from partnership and Leo can’t secure toxic financing. Basically, Phase 3 is a pipe dream.
