FNMA PPS barely treading water - discount comments indicating FNMA on a run

Closed at $2.69 today, down 49 pennies from $3.18 HOD reached on 25 Jan 19. Not nearly as negative, down 23 pennies from $2.92 HOD reached on 22 Feb 19. How about down 18 pennies from $2.87 HOD reached as recently as 5 Mar 19 (note: only 6 trading days ago).

I get it, down 18 to 49 pennies may not seem like a huge loss, but when you figure a modest 30K shares held, you are looking at loses of $5400 6 short trading day ago, up to $14,700 in loses as recently at 25 Jan 19

Let's establish a run as a fresh new YTD high. Could happen with actual news. Problem is same stories being re-posted with no action occurring.
