As I’ve stated previously, the one year extension is required to match up the time required for a new contractor to get airplanes ready if a “new” contractor wins the 5 yr deal that is currently waiting on an award decision.

What I"M asking is are you sure 2. isn't just putting a dollar value to 1.

Which happened today if so.


I"m unclear as to what exactly 2. means and definitely don't know where and why it has to be a 5 year contract if it's not stated in the bid.
