I got a postcard from "Lynx Consulting" as well. It says:

"Please call 866-210-4671 to speak with our Strat Petroleum, Ltd. representative to learn more."

It has in big letters across the upper right "SPRL.pk", also first class postage from "CLEARWATER, FLORIDA!!", not bulk mail (Permit #888)??
