I am very much aware of what they have up. But removing their IG can be questioned of course. On top of not replying to messages.

Anybody can make social media and web sites, but customer service is horrible to say the least.

I was questioning to see if anyone had any ideas. trust me i am all for this, but doesn't mean i can't ask questions or speculate.
