Great seeing you again tam! Hope you and Dad Kenimous Maximus are getting ready for spring-

Many $JBZY$ developments in past few months with Han Zhiming taking over the company from Wang. We are waiting for an official resolution filing with the Wyoming Secretary of State for the transfer of the preferred shares from Wang to Han but the change of officers has already been done on this years annual report.

The first fully automated intelligent battery swap station (FAIBSS) is completed and we are awaiting the unveiling to media & major EV industry execs soon... opening for business has been tentatively scheduled for May 1.

Han has been updating the zjmy888 web site and discussed getting "bright financials" to investors in a recent WeChat. There also is some newer info in the I-Box.

We are ready for a $JBZY$ breakout and know youse are too!
