That is 100% false! Hayes is out and so is Adam S Tracy. They can not get back in they are OUT! I have posted all the links to filings and proof with the new owners of CRSM! The new owners also reduced the AS big time down to 499 million shares! The CRSM float is tiny at 51 million shares and there is ZERO debt and ZERO dilution!
