You betcha. By the way, the Senior Preferred Shares would need to be cancelled, too. Any dilution of shareholder's equity over 19.9% mustr be proxy validated by stockholder vote... not some backroom deal between an Agency Conservator and the Treasury Secretary who also happens to be the purchaser of the Senior shares.

Must be? By what law? This is exactly how it's going to go down: FHFA and Treasury make a deal, us current shareholders just accept the consequences.
