That's a judgement call. I've made a different judgement than you have made. Please don't tell me how to judge his message. I have the freedom to make my own judgements. When I do, you will usually see documentation because that's what I do on other websites.
The word "marijuana" doesn't appear once in Slash's long message. The word "hemp" appears only twice.
1. This headline: "Cannabis Yield Enhancement/Oil/CBD/Cannabinoid Extraction Hemp". Grammatically, that title is a collection of nouns with one or two adjectives added for flavor. The word "hemp" at the end is unnecessary. I think it was added as a keyword, to help people who were searching for "hemp" to find that article (which IMO isn't about hemp, judging by the content of the article).
2. a message on a blogger board posted by Nobody mentions the word "hemp", but it's questionable why this message board was included in Slash's message on this board.
