again the slap on the wrist fines .. that are made up in minutes on another target

total transparency out of the SEC would totally implode U.S. Equities
so change .. if ever truly implemented .. will be glacial in coming imo
which of course allows for NR (non retail) to exploit additional loopholes .. yet again
