closing in on the 38 states required to legally challenge for declassification of MJ in the US per Article V of the US constitution.

Gonna be pretty damn interesting as to who steps up as #38 and the MJ community activity that would surly ensue to accelerate pressure for total US declassification. Might be a dud, but I think not.

First shot at actually and legitimately staring down the government on lowering the class 1 status of MJ. It can happen!....OMHO
