FPRX is just an abbreviation for the company in the PR. It's just a coincidence that another company uses that ticket symbol. Five Star is not a publicly traded company. I think the PR mentioned purchasing their "shares" but those would just be internal shares probably held by officers/employees. They're not registered shares.
FP Rx ( or FPRX ) is just an abbreviation for Family Physicians Rx, Inc. F.P. RX is not a publicly-traded company. RXMD is buying/acquiring F.P. RX. RXMD is the OTC QB ticker for Progressive Care, Inc. $$$ glta
Mickeybritt caused the confusion with a previous post trying to spin the news. My advice is to stay on the sidelines until you can snatch cheaper shares. The PPS is bloated right now - it will come back to earth.
