Look this was a all or nothing deal and it fell through. It was a bad deal but a deal is a deal. They raised enough to pay the sales tax and that is it. The tax depreciation on the capital raised that payed the tax will go to pay consultants, lawyers with a small amount going to the directors. Don’t buy the coolaid being sold by certain members of our group.
Speaking of charts don’t lie...according to L2 were close to gapping to .11 cents. However anyone looking to make money should look at this with 1m plus shares @ .035 and realize that if they removed their ask @.035 and let it gap they could make considerably more money. But that assumes that 1m plus ask is someone trying to make money and not suppress the share price.
