Flux Carbon's announcement, dated January 28, 2016, said that Bitzio had azquired an 80% stake in the Greenshift Corporation, "and the satisfaction and elimination by GreenShift of about $14 million in debt."

Now that Bitzio is broke and that the Bitzio.com website isn't being used, it is the legal responsibility of the Greenshift Corporation to announce the new owner of a majority of our shares with an 8-K sent to the SEC.

gers.. If we are doing enhancement/oil/CBD/Cannabidiol extraction hemp, please show us the commercialization of it, not just the ownership of it! Are their any Dollars coming in from "ANY" sales of any of the Hemp related products? We don't need HYPE that is so common in this Penny-Field, we need results from commercialization, nothing less!

We have our foot in the door of just about every A/E product, so why the fixation on anything other than CBD! If I read your brief correctly, we might even get into Marijuana, which to most of the Country is just nonsense! While getting into Legalized recreational marijuana is baited by Profit, it may just hurt us financially if we enter that area, as our whole Diversified business may suffer as a result of our association with Marijuana! We have too many good things going to be interested in something that may hurt the public, for it is their approval is what will raise our PPS, and nothing else! Any direct connection with Marijuana will most probably have a negative effect on our Company!

Yes, let us sell our CBD extraction services to licensed Co's, but let us stay away from Recreational Marijuana at all costs?

You mention Lifestyle products as one of our targets! Lifestyle considerations suggest recreational marijuana involvement, but I doubt if Gers would ever get involved with recreational Marijuana, as the stigma of "POT" might translate into disfavor of our other more wholesome Alternative Energy products!

In that case, we would be veering-off our intended mission to provide additional benefits to the "GREEN" economy! Let's not corrupt our original mission with RECREATIONAL stuff, and stick to Our Industrial Hemp Patents and Medicinal CBD, and so many other GREEN Energy products, for that is where we can bring real Value and Help to the community at large!
