Correct. Value of a company is independent of number of shares. Pps, however, is based on Value (some people say it is the MC) and # of shares.

I am hopeful that NVCN realizes their true value and, with app 50 mil shares, give a pps of $15 a $20.

I believe that the true value is significantly higher, but..........
